Founder and Commercial Director
Mogesh Moodley is a qualified quantity surveyor and building surveying professional with more than 30 years of experience in construction, commercial management and development advisory. He founded Quantum Project Solutions in 2015 and leads it as Commercial Director.
His career includes about ten years as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Group Five Construction, across building and civil engineering work. He then moved into independent consulting and business leadership through Quantum, across consulting, construction, project management and property-development advisory.
He brings practical experience in estimating, procurement, project financial control, valuations, variations, claims and final accounts, and he coordinates technical teams and project delivery on site.
